Deze COI Focus beschrijft de houding van de Venezolaanse autoriteiten ten opzichte van migratie. Het rapport onderzoekt hoe de autoriteiten kijken naar de vele vluchtelingen en migranten die Venezuela verlaten hebben en hoe ze reageren op de terugkeer van hun onderdanen na een verblijf in het buitenland. Cedoca sloot dit onderzoek, dat de periode van maart 2024 tot maart 2026 behandelt, af op 12 maart 2026. Het is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 13 mei 2024.

Deze COI Focus verzamelt informatie over de escalatie van geweld in de staten Upper-Nile, Jonglei en Unity, en tracht een antwoord te formuleren op de vraag of de Nuer-bevolking in het bijzonder getroffen wordt door dit geweld.
Het rapport focust zich op de periode van januari 2025 tot januari 2026. Gebeurtenissen in februari en maart 2026 werden toegevoegd waar mogelijk. Het onderzoek werd afgerond op 9 maart 2026.

Deze COI Focus geeft een analyse van het geweld in Syrië van 1 oktober 2025 tot 28 februari 2026 op basis van gegevens van het Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED), een Amerikaanse niet-gouvernementele non-profitorganisatie die informatie over conflicten verzamelt, analyseert en in kaart brengt. Cedoca raadpleegde de ACLED-gegevens voor deze COI Focus op 18 maart 2026.

Dans le présent COI Focus, le Cedoca décrit les conditions de sécurité dans la ville de Jalalabad, chef-lieu de la province de Nangarhâr, à l’est de l’Afghanistan. La période couverte par ce rapport s’étend du 1er février 2018 au 31 janvier 2019. Les recherches effectuées dans le cadre de ce COI Focus se sont clôturées le 25 février 2019. Ce document constitue une mise à jour du COI Focus portant le même titre, du 20 février 2018.
Ce COI Focus ne contient pas de description d’ensemble du conflit en Afghanistan, ni de la situation dans la province de Nangarhâr. Bien que l’analyse des conditions de sécurité dans la ville de Jalalabad en soit le thème central, une partie des informations (notamment celles ayant trait à la typologie de la violence) traitent aussi du district de Jalalabad et des districts voisins, Behsud et Surkhrod, respectivement au nord et à l’ouest de la ville de Jalalabad.

Jalalabad est la cinquième plus grande ville d’Afghanistan et un important centre commercial de l’est de l’Afghanistan. Sa situation, le long de plusieurs routes commerciales, est stratégique.
