Pérou: Overheidsbescherming

Dit onderzoek geeft een overzicht van de verschillende beschermingsmogelijkheden die burgers kunnen inroepen in Peru wanneer ze geconfronteerd worden met misdrijven en geweld. Het onderzoek beperkt zich tot maatregelen die uitgaan van de verschillende overheidsinstanties en gaat niet in op de beschermingsinitiatieven opgezet door niet-gouvernementele organisaties (ngo’s) of internationale organisaties. De COI Focus bundelt in het bijzonder informatie over de periode 2024 tot en met juli 2026. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 3 augustus 2026.

Ukraine: Veiligheidssituatie westelijke provincies

Het doel van dit onderzoek is een stand van zaken op te maken over de veiligheidssituatie in de westelijke administratieve provincies van Oekraïne. Meer bepaald gaat Cedoca in op de veiligheidssituatie in de provincies Volyn, Lviv, Zakarpatiya, Rivne, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivets, Zhytomir, Khmelnyts, Vinnitsya, Cherkasy en Kirovohrad. In deze COI Focus wordt de term “westelijke provincies” gebruikt om deze specifieke groep van provincies aan te duiden. Het onderzoek van deze COI Focus richt zich enkel op deze westelijke provincies en gaat niet in op de huidige veiligheidssituatie in de frontzone of in andere provincies die niet direct aan de frontlijn liggen. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 24 februari 2022 tot 31 juli 2026. Deze COI Focus is een update van een voorgaande versie van 16 oktober 2025.

Maroc: La prise en charge des femmes victimes de violences

Genre

Cette recherche porte sur la situation des femmes et des filles marocaines victimes de violences, dans un contexte marqué par des références sociales, culturelles, religieuses et juridiques susceptibles de contribuer aux inégalités de genre. Une attention particulière est accordée aux violences conjugales qui occupent une place importante dans les sources disponibles.

Les crimes « d’honneur » et les féminicides ne sont pas abordés dans cette recherche.

The report covers the period of September 2023 – August 2024, and provides a limited update of selected sections previously addressed in the EUAA COI reports: Syria – Country Focus (October 2023), Syria - Targeting of individuals (September 2022) as well as an update of the EUAA COI report: Syria - Socio-economic situation in Damascus city (September 2022).

This report should be read in conjunction with the EUAA COI report: Syria – Security situation (October 2024).

The drafting of this report was finalised on 30 September 2024. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.

EUAA COI Report. Targeting of individuals
02 Septembre 2022

The purpose of this report is to provide relevant information regarding the targeting of individuals in Syria, for international protection status determination, including refugee status and subsidiary protection, and in particular for use in the update of EUAA’s Country Guidance on Syria.

This report addresses topics related to the targeting of individuals by different armed actors operating in Syria, including the Government of Syria, the Syrian Democratic Forces, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, the Syrian National Army, and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant among others. Targeting of individuals by sectors of society is also addressed where relevant.

This report is an update of the EUAA COI Report: Syria – Targeting of individuals (March 2020). It also provides updated information on profiles and topics covered previously in the following EUAA COI reports: EUAA COI Report – Situation of women (February 2020), EUAA COI Report – Military service (April 2021), and EUAA COI Report – Situation of returnees from abroad (June 2021).

The reference period for the events described in this report is from January 2020 until August 2022. The drafting of this report was finalised on 19 August 2022. Any event taking place after this date is not included in this report.
